Position Description: If you have a strong interest in technology, strong inter-personal skills, enjoy customer interaction, and like working outside of the office on occasion, then Field Engineer might just be the position for you. The Field Engineer is responsible for managing the installation of Evolve IP services at customer locations. This includes performing site surveys, working with customer and Evolve IP technical personnel to plan and design customer network configurations, programming all types of customer-premise equipment prior to installation, and either directly installing or remotely supporting the installation of Evolve IP equipment at customer locations.
Qualifications and Required Skills: The role of Field Engineer requires someone who possesses excellent time management skills, can juggle multiple projects at once, and is willing to be on the road up to 50% of the time, with the vast majority of that being local travel. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment within the technology sector, and who has the ability to prioritize work to ensure that all timeframes are met.
